READY TO FIND OUT
what you’ve been missing?
You figured out this much without a roadmap — that’s not nothing. But here’s what you can’t do for yourself: see it from the outside. You can’t tell if your brand is landing the way you think it is. You can’t see where people are getting stuck on your website. You can’t know if your socials are building trust or just… existing.
That’s not a failure. You need someone who’s done this hundreds of times to walk every touchpoint your customers see and tell you what they’re actually experiencing.
Then we give you the roadmap to close the gap.

TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE
Kailey and Ryan have been designing together for 7 years. Individually, we’ve each been in the industry for 30+ years combined. We’ve collectively launched dozens of brands and hundreds of websites.
We have overlapping strengths and complementary differences. That means every design decision has to make both of our brains happy, which ultimately means it reaches a wider range of your audience.
Kailey thinks in clouds. Big-picture strategy. Where is this going? Who is this for? What’s the point? She’s always reorienting back to your goals and making sure the design serves the business, not just looking pretty.
Ryan thinks in weeds. Pixel-perfect execution. Is that the right color code? Is the spacing consistent? Does the hierarchy guide the eye where it needs to go? He pulls the weeds so the design is clean, aligned, and polished.
You get both. Strategy and execution. The “why” and the “how.” The vision and the details.
Do I need a logo before I book?
No. But you need something out there — a social account, a website, a Linktree, or brand marks you’ve been using. If you have nothing yet, start with a discovery call instead. The audit reviews an existing presence.
What if I only have socials and no website?
Then we audit what you have. You don’t need all three. Just pick the one you want us to look at.
Am I going to have to redo everything?
Unlikely. Most of the time it’s not “burn it down and start over.” It’s “move this, simplify that, add one thing.” The roadmap is prioritized so you know what’s highest impact and what can wait.
What’s the ROI?
First return: Time and money saved. No more random font purchases, second-guessing every post, or wasting hours on fixes that don’t matter.
Second return: Better decisions. Our suggestions come from 15 years of experience and hundreds of brands. You skip the trial-and-error phase we already did.
Do you build the brand for us after the audit?
We can. But the audit is yours to take anywhere. Use it yourself, hand it to your team, or come back to us for implementation. If you hire us later, we apply the full audit cost to your project.
What if I’m brand new with no audience?
An audit isn’t the right fit yet. We’d recommend a discovery call, naming session, or full brand build instead. The audit is for improving something that already exists.
What should I bring to the audit?
Your goals. Your frustrations. Examples of what you like and don’t like. If you have analytics showing where people click or drop off, bring that. If you have posts that performed well or bombed, we want to see those.
How long does the roadmap stay relevant?
Depends on how fast you implement. If you knock out the quick wins in the first month, you might come back for a follow-up audit in six months. If you’re working through it slowly, the roadmap stays relevant for a year or more.
What if I disagree with your recommendations?
Good. That’s useful information. The audit isn’t us dictating what you should do. It’s us showing you what we see from the outside. If you have a strong reason to keep something, we talk about it and adjust the plan.
Why a duo instead of one designer?
Kailey thinks in strategy (big picture, goals, who is this for). Ryan thinks in execution (pixel-perfect, clean, aligned). You get both perspectives, which means better coverage for different types of users and decision-making styles. Also: collaboration is built into how we work, so when we work with clients, you’re always part of the process.
