Tweeds
Background
Donald Carlson had fashion in his bones. He grew up in his family’s dry-cleaning business, surrounded by fabrics, fits, and the quiet language of a well-made suit. When he set out to build something of his own, his vision was specific: custom, tailor-made suits that were actually accessible. Not a luxury reserved for a few, a standard available to anyone who understood the difference. He started with a dream and a box truck. What he needed was a brand that could make other people see what he already knew was inevitable.
Solution
When Tweeds came to us, we built a visual identity and brand system from the ground up, logo, typography, and a visual language designed to carry the weight of a premium brand while staying approachable enough to invite anyone in. The goal was a brand that felt established from day one: confident, tailored, and built to last. It did. Not a single element has been changed since launch. That original identity now lives across 15+ franchise locations nationwide (from Florida to New York to Tennessee) and continues to anchor the brand as it scales. A startup brand that became a franchise standard, unchanged, because it was built right the first time.
